The boys and girls worked very hard over a number of art lessons to make these fantastic modes of transport!Take a look at the various stages. The children went on a river walk to the local Ward River. We were learning about the different plants, trees, animals and birds that can be seen along the river bank - can you remember any of the names of the plants and flowers in the pictures? Thanks to Ms Mc Manus for joining us! We were busy looking for right angles in our classroom! Last week in science we were learning about air. We were learning that air has a vacuum (takes up space). The children completed an experiment to test this. They discovered that a paper towel in an inverted jar remains dry when pushed into water because air takes up space.
