To celebrate St. Patrick's Day we dressed up in green, white and gold and took part in the St. Cronan's SNS annual céilí. We had a great day. Here are some videos and photographs from the day.

5 on the Clock
On a digital clock showing 24-hour time, over a whole day, how many times does a 5 appear?
Is it the same number for a 12-hour clock over a whole day?
In Maths we estimated and measured lengths of wrapping paper and ribbon to find out how much of each we needed to wrap our presents.
Today we learned about St. Patrick and how he became the patron Saint of Ireland!
We have also been busy writing stories entitled 'If I were a leprechaun!
Ms. McCaul also baked us cupcakes and decorated them to look like a rainbow with pots of gold!

This week is Seachtain na Gaeilge so no better way to kick it off than having a céií.
We dressed up in our pyjamas for the céilí! We danced four different dances- Shoo the Donkey, Na Ballaí Luimní, An Damhsa Mór, and the Siege of Ennis!

Today in school we celebrated Pancake Tuesday!
Ms. McCaul brought in pancakes for everyone! We heated the pancakes up in the microwave and added our favourite toppings! We chose from honey, sugar, lemon, maple syrup and nutella!
Even though the pancakes were delicious, we must remember that Lent is starting tomorrow and we have made commitments to give things up for Lent and to do more good deeds and nice things for other people!
For the last few weeks we've been learning about Space in Geography!
We were very busy learning about the planets and making our projects! Are projects are designed like an I pad and Each topic we learned about looks like an app!
