Clay Pigs

We have been making pigs out of clay.  We have been making them because we have been reading the novel, Charlotte's Web, which I'm really enjoying at the moment.  In the story, there is a pig called Wilbur.  He is one of the main characters.  At first, you have to make a pig shape out of clay.  Then you have to paint a pink coat over it.  Then you must paint a second pink coat so that there aren't any grey parts left.  Finally, you have to put some gloss over it to make it nice and shiny.  That 's how you make a clay pig!
