We went on our school tour to Causey Farm on Thursday 12th of June. It was a fun filled day. We explored the farm and met all the animals. We saw cows, ducks, horses, hens, donkeys and cute puppies. The highlight of the day was the visit to the bog. We travelled in style in a trailer pulled by a tractor. We sang songs on our journey. When we reached the bog we went through an obstacle course. We then met Jim who told us all about how the bog was formed and how turf is cut, Then we jumped into the bog and covered ourselves from our heads to our toes in peat!
